Honey bee pollination solutions Pacific Pollination is committed to carrying out and supporting research that will:
  • Improve upon current honey bee pollination effectiveness for almonds and other crops.
  • Determine optimal conditions for bee development, overwintering and emergence to ensure vigorous viable bees are available for pollination.
  • Improve emergence techniques to have maximum populations available as flowering commences in the target crop.
  • Develop techniques to maintain bee health and combat parasites to ensure maximum blue mason and honey bee pollination effectiveness.

Pacific Pollination's team of collaborators and partners (combining pure research and hands-on expertise) is ideally placed to take up funding opportunities for short- and long-term bee development studies.
